The Great Vigil of Easter 7:30 p.m.
A journey of faith through story, adult baptisms, welcoming of new members and the first Eucharist of Easter. Canterbury Chamber Singers offer music.
Easter Sunday, March 27
At 7:00, 9:00 and 11:15, Ed Bacon preaches: I Know What It’s Like to Be Dead and Then Have New Life.
At 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. Coventry Choir & Brass and Percussion ensemble offer Gloria, Sanctus/Benedictus from Missa Brevis by Walton, with soloist Zanaida Robles, Hallelujah from Mount of Olives by Beethoven and Magdalena by Brahms.
At 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. Trouvères offer Amen by Hairston, arr. by Thrower, with soloists Lorenzo Bacani and Kenzie McCarrel accompanied by Bill Cunliffe.
At 11:15 a.m. Canterbury Choir & Brass and Percussion ensemble offer Gloria, Sanctus/Benedictus from Emmanuel Eucharist by Kelly, with soloist Elizabeth Tatum, Christ the Lord Is Risen Again by Rutter and Magdalena by Brahms.
At 1:00 p.m. Ed Bacon preaches at the Bilingual Spanish/English service. Dan Cole & the 1 p.m. Ensemble offer ¡Aleluya!, Cristo resucitó by Bojos.
